3.Orders and Payment
For ordering, you can opt for bank contact or transfer. Any inaccuracies in the invoicing must be reported immediately by the customer to Point Du Soin so that we can correct the amount.
4. Shipping
Worldwide delivery. Shipping is done via B-post and PostNL for letterbox parcels and parcels.
From a rack of €75 there are no shipping costs to Belgium and the Netherlands.
5.Conditions during transport
Face Fitness (Giana De Cauwer) cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or loss of goods during shipment via our transport partners.
We do everything we can to package the goods as well and safely as possible.
6. Return shipment
Please inform us first by email if you wish to return an item.
The consumer has the right to inform the seller that he renounces his purchase, without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day following delivery.
The buyer must return the product to the seller within 14 calendar days in its original condition, unused, undamaged, with all original packaging.
The seller undertakes to refund the purchase price of the product paid by the buyer (excluding shipping costs) to a bank account number paid by the buyer within 30 days of receipt of the product.
In the event of incorrect return in accordance with the foregoing, the seller will not be obliged to pay any amount and the product remains the property of the buyer. It can then be collected from the seller within 14 days or, at the buyer's express request, it can be returned to the buyer at his expense.
The risk of returning the product as well as the costs for returning are borne exclusively by the buyer.
7. Complaint
We try to describe the offered items as accurately as possible and to clarify them using photos.
If typographical errors occur (material errors, mistakes), this is based on a human, involuntary error and no rights can be derived from this.
If you have any doubts about a particular product or require further information, you can always contact us by email for more information.
We also reserve the right to adjust our prices.
We also make every effort to check our products as thoroughly as possible.
If there are any defects in the items offered on our website, please also inform us so that we can also check the products additionally.
We make every effort to prevent, remedy and resolve any complaints. If you wish to return something, always send it with tracking to avoid misunderstandings. Returning is at your own risk. We cannot be held liable for injuries or damage resulting from the use of our products.
8. Guarantee
As imposed by legal provisions, our products also have a legal warranty.
If a product does not comply with the agreement, the buyer must inform the seller of this within 7 days following delivery.
Any compensation for this can never exceed the amount invoiced/paid to the buyer. Habitual or normal wear and tear, unintentional or intentional changes made by the buyer to the product, the inability to present an invoice or valid proof of payment and various negligence are explicit but therefore not exhaustive exceptions to the aforementioned warranty system.
9. Privacy
The data of our customers.
These will not be passed on to third parties. Point Du Soin may use this information to promote its products and services. The participant has the right to inspect the data relating to him/her and can request its correction or deletion by sending an e-mail to.
10. Delivery term
We try to ship all orders within 1 to 3 days. The products that are personalized/handmade have a delivery time of 4 to 12 working days. Be sure to send us an email (giana@pointdusoin.be) if you want to know the delivery time for your order.
11. Payment
You can pay easily, quickly and securely via:
By credit card (VISA/Mastercard) or via Bank Contact or via bank transfer (your order will only be sent when the money is in the account). The money must be transferred within 2 days.
If you email us proof of payment, we can also process and ship your order immediately.
